- Studio sign-in cookie: used only when our team signs in to the private studio admin area. It is not set for ordinary visitors.
- Your cookie choices: whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, and whether you opted out of analytics, are remembered in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again.
Analytics: Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages lead to a booking, a call or a message, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies starting _ga (kept up to 2 years). Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and we only look at totals, never at individual visitors.
In the UK this is allowed without asking first, because it is used only for statistics about how the site is used (the "statistical purposes" exception in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025). You can object at any time, free of charge: . If you are in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies unless you press "Accept" in the cookie banner.
Optional: Microsoft Clarity
Only if you press "Accept", Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and page movement) so we can fix parts of the site that are hard to use. It sets cookies _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day). If you press "Reject", it never loads.
Advertising
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Other services
Online booking deposits are paid on Stripe's secure checkout page, which sets its own cookies for payment security. Opening the map ("Find us on the map") loads Google Maps, and links to Instagram or Treatwell take you to those sites. Each of these services sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Changing your choice
