These terms apply when you use the Nata Beauty website (natapmu.co.uk) and when you book a treatment with us. By making a booking you agree to them. Nata Beauty is a permanent makeup and beauty studio at 10 Chandos Road, Redland, Bristol BS6 6PE.
Bookings and deposits
You can request an appointment through the booking page, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are transferable to a rescheduled date where reasonable notice is given.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment so that we can offer the slot to someone else. Where you cancel at short notice or do not attend, your deposit may be retained.
Consultations and suitability
Every permanent makeup booking includes a consultation, and some treatments require a patch test beforehand. We may decline or postpone a treatment where it would not be safe or suitable for you, for example on medical grounds. You are responsible for giving accurate health information and for following the aftercare advice we provide. Individual results vary from person to person, and healed colour and shape depend on your skin and on following aftercare.
Pricing
Prices shown on the website are a guide and may change. The price for your treatment is confirmed at your consultation before any work begins. See the pricing page for current guide prices.
Age
You must be 18 or over to book a permanent makeup treatment.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, photographs and branding, belongs to Nata Beauty and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to provide our treatments and website to a professional standard. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that were outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
